Our goal is to give you a thorough understanding of the property, ensuring that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your investment or purchase.
What's included:
A viewing at the property with the listing agent, followed by a Property Information Report that details information about the property and its condition. Including photos of every room, outside space, and the front and back of the property. We also include comments on any building, or maintenance works we think may be required and our thoughts on the neighbourhood/area.

How will you get access to the property?
The time and date of the viewing will need to be arranged with the listing Agent prior to our visit. Please check our availability before making arrangements with the listing agent. You can book here.

How do I book?
Online bookings are available for all our services 24 hours a day. Our online booking form is the quickest and easiest way to request a booking. Simply fill in the form and we will confirm your booking details and date via email. If we require any further information from you, we will contact you by either email or telephone. If email is your preferred booking method, please remember to include as much information as possible. How do I pay?
Payment is required up-front prior to your booking. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email and is payable no later than 48 hours prior to your booking date to avoid cancellation.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, of course. Simply send an email to info@sourcepropertyservices.co.uk to cancel or rearrange your booking. To avoid cancellation charges, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
