If you're a landlord letting a property but find it challenging to meet potential tenants, or in need of an extra pair of hands in busy times, we can step in. We will meet your tenants, show them around the property, and ensure they have all the information they need. Let us handle the viewings while you focus on what matters most.

Book this service for as little as 1 hour, with the flexibility to add extra hours. A 1-hour booking includes up to 4 viewings, with 15 minutes dedicated to each potential tenant.

What's included:
On the day of the viewing, we will collect the keys from you or a key safe. The property and the key location must be within a 10-mile radius of each other. If you need to post the keys to us, get in contact for the address. We will meet your potential tenants at your property to show them around. We allocate a maximum of 4 tenants per hour booking. That's a 15-minute slot dedicated to each tenant. We will walk them through the property, answer any questions and advise tenants on how to apply for the property. The time and date of the viewing will need to be arranged with tenants prior to our visit. This is a 1-hour service, with additional hours available to purchase if required.

How much does a viewing cost?
Prices start from just £64.99. Additional hours can be purchased at a flat rate of £20.00 per hour if required.

How will you get access to the property?
We will collect the keys from you or a key safe. The property and the key location must be within a 10-mile radius of each other.

How do I book?
Online bookings are available for all our services 24 hours a day. Our online booking form is the quickest and easiest way to request a booking. Simply fill in the form and we will confirm your booking details and date via email. If we require any further information from you, we will contact you by either email or telephone. If email is your preferred booking method, please remember to include as much information as possible. How do I pay?
Payment is required up-front prior to your booking. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email and is payable no later than 48 hours prior to your booking date to avoid cancellation.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, of course. Simply send an email to info@sourcepropertyservices.co.uk to cancel or rearrange your booking. To avoid cancellation charges, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
